Crafted Curiosities

Hi! My name is Caterina and I’m a textile designer and illustrator based in Naarm/Melbourne. I have a Bachelor of Textiles (Design) from RMIT and an Advanced Diploma in Applied Fashion Design and Merchandising from TAFE Queensland. I have a particular interest in printed textiles and fashion design and excel in illustration and digital design. My creative passion is driven by a love of design and craft, and working with colour, print, and texture. I have skills in both textile and fashion design including illustration, surface pattern design, fabric printing, fashion design, patternmaking, garment construction, and embellishment. My work is always very thoughtful and considered whether that be through sustainable design methods or through craftmanship and quality.
